Xavier Lebuis begins his adventures with sound in 2003 in the sphere of electroacoustic. In 2004 and 2005 he produced under the pseudonym Timbral Fresco (a duo with Alexandre Bélair). DJ since 2005 in special events and at Bar Bily Kun in Montreal, in 2006 his music takes a turn to minimal house but always tinged with references to electroacoustic music. He was invited to participate in the 11th edition of the Mutek festival and appeared at various events organized by Mutek and the Society of Arts and Technology in Montreal.
Xavier Lebuis produces a very personal minimal house. The result is a music that reach both festive and cerebral universes, where organic sounds exchange with synthetic.
